Ultra-X Lifetime Warranty
- Quality is our first consideration.Therefore, all of our knives come with lifetime manufacturer’s warranty. Ultra-X ensures that the knife will be free of defects in material and workmanship, otherwise we will repair or replace it.
- Should a replacement be required, replacement will be considered for an in-stock current model of the equivalent price. We require that the original item is returned to the manufacturer.
- This warranty does not cover damaged caused from inappropriate use or sharpening that result in defects, dents, cuts, breakages and other damage to knife. E.g. inappropriate use like throwing, dropping, prying, striking, chopping of hard objects; incorrect maintenance of parts; improper storage in tough environments and storing without cleaning; attempting to repair or modify or other similar actions.
- The returned knife will be inspected by an engineer. Any problem which was not the result of manufacture will not be covered under this warranty.
